First try at some simple medieval style jewelry pieces. These are done in copper & brass with moonstone. Meant to be veil pins. Obviously still learning to do bezel settings but the fact that they are a little wonky actually makes them look more period.
Bezel setting is tricky. The width of the wall above the seat is so key and changes depending on the size of the stone. Keep it up! It once took me 2 days to get a 1/2 mm thick wall down over the edge of a 4 mm ruby. I can't imagine trying to do it over a relatively soft stone like moonstone! Brave woman!
