Working on Halloween is has been goping on for about a month. Outside is mostly up, and the last few projects are wrapping up.
The front yard this year. A few upgrades here and there. The Banshee had to be completely redone.
A different angle.
The packing tape ghost had a slight decapitation issue due to heat from being stored in the garage. I closed off the holes and had her hold her head in her hands.
Finally my redone version of the Countess prop from Lowes. She will be staying inside of course.
Still working on the spooky tree and the side yard in general. I'll post those pictures when I have them.

Graveyard Fence
Since the beginning of January I have also been working on a new fence for the Halloween graveyard. It's almost done, I just need some bats to top the entrance columns but that's going to be a while.
Monster pretty much done
The Monster Project
I have been building a monster for Halloween this year based on a painting I did a very, very long time ago. He isn’t finished but I thought I would post progress here for the hell of it.
Tonight finished up the solid fabric and did a coat of plastidip to stiffen the fabric and seal the foam. Trying to decide if he needs more wispy bits or not. If not next I will start with the flat black and grey spray paint phase.
The goal at this point is to make him look like something out of a Souls game or maybe Bloodborne, because reasons.
Twi'lek conundrum
Trying to decide on a skin colour. Teal would probably be more interesting but grey would be more versatile.
